Cancellations Policy: Any cancellation made 15--45 days before the first reserved date will be charged a $15 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the first reserved date will be charged 50% of the reserved total, or one night's stay, whichever is greater. Reservations: Reservations may be guaranteed with any major credit card. A 50% deposit of the entire booking may be required during certain holiday, weekends, and during peak season events. A Written [e-mailed] confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours of your reservation request. If you do not receive a confirming reservation email by that time, please call or email the Innkeeper at: stay@lennoxhouse.com or call 800-471-9282. Check In/Out Times: Check in times are between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. However, we can accommodate late, or early check ins if you let us know in advance. Please call or write the Innkeeper for details. Check out time is 11:00 am unless prior arrangements are made with the Innkeeper. Rates: All rates are based on double occupancy, and do not include sales or lodging tax. Rates are subject to change. Whole house rentals are available, inquire with Innkeeper. Special Accomodations - we cater to families: We strive to give extra special attention to our guests' individual needs. The Lennox House Bed and Breakfast Inn is best suited for adults, however, we can accommodate well-behaved, closely surpervised children of all ages. Families with babies or small children can be provided for in our Falcon's Nest Suite, which is perfectly suited for extended family members to share, while still maintaining privacy. Limited Mobility Travelers: For our limited mobility travelers, we recommend the Autumn Room, our first floor guestroom with a "limited mobility" friendly bathroom. Food Restrictions or Requests: We can do heart healthy, food allergy, vegetarian or special needs diets. The Innkeeper loves to accommodate food requests with prior notice. Just ask! Pet Policy: Sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets. Smoke Free Environment: The Lennox House is a smoke free environment. Please do not light any fires of any types inside the house. Our fireplaces are gas and we ask that you do not leave them unattended without turning them off. We provide a front door and a room key to each guest. There is no curfew time, however please be sure to LOCK the front door behind you whenever you leave.
